Printed paintings, wall decals, photo frames, and similar ready products are generally dispatched within 1 working day.

Modern art, Metal decor items, wall hangings and handcrafted products are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Customised and bulk orders may take longer depending on the design, quantity, and production requirements.

2. Delivery Time

After the order is shipped, most products are delivered within 5–7 working days, depending on the product size and delivery location.

Smaller products in major metro cities may sometimes be delivered within 1–2 days.

Delivery timelines may vary for non-metro cities, remote areas, or service-limited pin codes.

Unexpected delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, holidays, strikes, or operational challenges.

3. Shipping Charges

Ranovaa offers delivery to most locations across India. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed. Promotional free shipping offers may be available from time to time.

We take special care while packing products such as paintings, frames, wall decor and fragile decor items. Products are packed securely to reduce the chances of damage during transit.

7. Customise and Bulk Orders

For customise products or bulk orders, standard shipping timelines may not apply. Shipping time will depend on customisation work, production time, quantity, and delivery location.

8. Delivery Attempt and Customer Availability

Customers are requested to provide a complete and accurate shipping address along with an active phone number. If the courier partner is unable to deliver due to incorrect address, unavailable customer, locked premises, or unreachable phone number, re-delivery may be attempted as per courier policy.

9. Damaged Package at Delivery

If the package appears damaged, tampered, or opened at the time of delivery, customers are advised not to accept the package and to contact Ranovaa support immediately with photos or videos of the package.

10. Delay in Delivery

While we try our best to deliver every order on time, delivery may sometimes be delayed due to reasons beyond our control, including courier delays, remote location serviceability, weather conditions, festivals, holidays, or logistics disruptions.
