Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
At Ranovaa, we truly value our customers. We want every shopping experience to be smooth and satisfying for them. We understand that sometimes things may not go as expected, and if there’s ever an issue with your order, we’re here to help you in the best way possible.
We request all our customers to carefully check product descriptions, sizes, and details before placing an order to ensure the right purchase decision.
If you receive a damaged product, wrong item, defective piece, incomplete package, or a product with a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery through our official WhatsApp support. Sharing clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, and invoice will help us review your concern faster.
Once your request is received, our team will guide you through the return or replacement process. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging along with all tags, labels, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and invoice. To avoid any transit damage, products should be packed securely while returning.
After we receive the item, it will go through a quality inspection. If the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement, send missing parts if applicable, or process a refund depending on the product situation.
For products returned because of personal preferences — such as not liking the design, color, size, or simply changing your mind — we request customers to understand that slight variations may sometimes occur due to display settings, lighting quality, handmade finishes, or the artistic nature of certain products.
In such approved return cases, products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with complete packaging the same as it was delivered. Once verified, refunds may be processed after deducting applicable handling and restocking charges of 30%, along with 2% transaction or COD charges.
Returned products that do not meet our quality standards may be rejected, and the item may be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
For prepaid orders, approved refunds are usually credited back through the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, customers may need to provide bank details for refund processing. Please note that COD handling charges are non-refundable. Refunds generally take 5–7 working days after approval, depending on banking timelines.
DIY painting kits and similar craft products are only eligible for return or replacement if they are completely unused and returned with all original components. Once used, such products cannot be refunded or exchanged.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled without charges within 4 hours of placing them, provided they have not been dispatched. After this period, cancellation may involve deductions, including handling charges and payment gateway fees. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Custom or personalized orders are specially created based on customer requirements and therefore cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged. The only exception is if the custom product arrives damaged or incorrect, in which case the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
We always encourage customers to inspect their orders immediately after delivery and keep the original packaging until they are fully satisfied. Recording an unboxing video can also be helpful for quicker issue resolution.
Our goal is to maintain fairness for both our customers and our business while ensuring product quality remains our priority. Ranovaa reserves the right to review and approve all return, refund, replacement, or cancellation requests based on product condition and policy compliance.
